Requirements for tourist visa application

Applying in person:

Please submit following documentation at the Melbourne consulate office between 10:00AM – 4:00PM Monday - Friday. Our office is located at Level 7, 28-32 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

• Fully completed one (1) visa application form
• Your current passport valid for at least six month
• One recent passport photographs attached to your form
• Visa fee as applicable payable by cash or by bank cheque/money order. If paying by bank cheque/money order please make cheque payable to Nepalese Consulate in Victoria. Personal cheques and credit cards will not be accepted.
• Return self-addressed Yellow Express Post envelope or a Registered envelope.

Visa will be issued within 4 business days from the date of receipt and posted to you in the envelope provided.

Please advise if you’re applying for the “On the spot/Urgent visa”.

Applying by post:

Please mail following documentation to: Nepalese Consulate in Victoria, GPO Box 5466, Melbourne VIC 3001.

• Fully completed 1 visa application form
• Your current passport valid for at least six month
• One recent passport photograph attached to your form
• Visa fee as applicable payable by bank cheque/money order. Please make cheque payable to Nepalese Consulate in Victoria. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
• Return self-addressed Yellow Express Post envelope or a Registered envelope.

Visa will be issued within 4 business days from the date of receipt and posted to you in the envelope provided.

For “On the spot/Urgent visa” please apply in person.
